Voyages Silky Oaks Lodge – your treehouse From the moment you arrive at Voyages Silky Oaks Lodge, you feel the aura of the Daintree. The Lodge itself overlooks the Mossman River, so idyllic it has no equal for natural beauty. Just 20 minutes from Port Douglas, it’s the perfect base for exploring Tropical North QLD. Guests are accommodated in beautiful timber Tree and Riverhouses set into the rainforest surrounded by lush gardens. Our unique conference facilities hold up to 100 people theatre style and provide the perfect setting for informal meetings. Delegates can take part in a great range of exciting activities both at and around Silky Oaks Lodge including guided rainforest walks such as the Mossman River Gorge walk, Spa treatments at the award winning Healing Waters Spa, day trips to Cape Tribulation or even a trip the Great Barrier Reef. Of an evening, treat delegates to a unique dining experience on the banks of the Mossman River. The Daintree Pavilion is also available for private functions. Smaller groups have the option of enjoying canapés or dinner in the Jungle Perch. Silky Oaks Lodge was awarded Advanced Eco-Certification by Ecotourism Australia.
